Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Super Kiosk are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

How to Enter

  • To enter, you must subscribe to the Super Kiosk email newsletter ("Desk Dispatch") via the entry form on the Super Kiosk website during the Promotional Period.
  • One (1) entry will be awarded per valid email subscription, per person.
  • A bonus entry will be awarded if you: (a) follow Super Kiosk on Instagram (@superkioskonline), and (b) tag a friend in the comments of the pinned competition post on Instagram.
  • Entries must be received by 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday, 12 October 2025 to be valid.\
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) engaging in unlawful or improper conduct.

The Prize

  • There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:
  • 1 x Penco Prime Timber Mechanical Pencil – Yellow (RRP $30.99)
  • 1 x Penco Storage Container Pen Case – Yellow (RRP $19.99)
  • 1 x Penco Eraser (RRP $5.99)
  • Total prize value: $56.97 NZD (incl. GST)
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If for any reason the prize (or part of the prize) is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
  • The draw will take place on Monday, 13 October 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via email and announced publicly on Super Kiosk's Instagram account (@superkioskonline) on Monday, 13 October 2025.
  • The winner must respond to the email notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
  • The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be sent to the winner's nominated New Zealand postal address via standard courier or New Zealand Post.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery that is outside its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought if required.

Privacy and Data Use

  • By entering this promotion, you consent to Super Kiosk collecting, using, and storing your personal information (including your name and email address) for the purposes of conducting this promotion and sending you marketing communications.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email from Super Kiosk.
  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Super Kiosk's Privacy Policy, available at [your website privacy policy URL].
  • Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any entrant or prize winner, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising in connection with this promotion or any prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or platform associated with this promotion.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if, in its sole discretion, the promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or fraud.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By entering, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
