Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hi@superkiosk.online with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send you a return address and instructions.

Please don't send items back without getting the green light first — we can't accept unsolicited returns.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately so we can sort it.

What we can't accept back
Custom or personalised items, sale items, gift cards, and opened or unsealed products (like pens with ink cartridges removed, opened notebooks, etc).

Exchanges
Easiest way: return what you've got, then place a new order for what you want.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been longer than 15 days since approval, email us at hi@superkiosk.online.
