Iconic space pen. Writes upside down, underwater, in extreme temperatures. Chrome-plated brass.
Why This Exists
The Bullet Space Pen was the very first pen created by Paul C. Fisher in 1948 — the pen that started it all. Fisher worked at an airplane propeller factory during WWII and applied his knowledge about ball bearings to create his first ballpoint pen. The result was Bullet #400, which featured the very first 'universal refill' ink cartridge that brought leak-proof pens to the consumer marketplace.
Cited as an outstanding example of industrial art, the Bullet is exhibited in the permanent collection of the New York Museum of Modern Art. When closed, it's compact at 10cm long — perfect for carrying in your wallet, pocket, purse, or glove box. When open with the cap posted, it becomes a full-sized, evenly balanced 14cm writing instrument. Still the most popular pen in the Fisher range today, the Bullet's timeless design has made it an icon in the ballpoint pen industry.

Amazing!!!!! there is nothing like this store in Hamilton or even Auckland, speciality stationery and so much of it is Japanese, my fav! Very cute store. Penco, Midori, Supreme, Moleskine, etc. inside an old fashioned arcade, easy enough to find.

Tom stocks some of the best quality and designed stationary products you can find in New Zealand. His customer service is also top draw and excellent. I had a few issues with a pen I had bought, Tom offered some tips to help work through and after that didn’t work he offered some store credit to try something else. I would highly recommend and will be making sure to buy as much of my stationary products as possible from SuperKiosk in the future! Keep up the great work Tom!

Such a great find! Love their range - quality stationery you don’t see everywhere. Service was awesome—ordered at night, shipped the next morning, and arrived the day after. Will definitely shop here again.
