Royal Blue is Kaweco's classic blue — the colour included with every new Kaweco pen. It's a true blue with subtle violet undertones, reminiscent of vintage "ballpoint pen blue" from decades past. Formulated in Austria by ink chemistry specialists, it's deliberately engineered with controlled flow and lower saturation to behave well on cheap office paper while still performing beautifully on premium stock. The 50ml glass bottle has old-world charm and can be tipped on its side to access the last drops.

Note: Also available in cartridge form (6-pack). Bottle may need to be tipped on its side when ink level is low. Best all-around colour in the Kaweco range for everyday writing. Dries slightly thinner than wet-flowing inks, making it excellent for finer nibs.

Tom stocks some of the best quality and designed stationary products you can find in New Zealand. His customer service is also top draw and excellent.
